  I have only ever had good things to say about Maranello’s until today. My grandparents and I went for lunch because they had been given a $100 voucher for Christmas from my parents. As we went to pay the bill ($63), we were told that the remaining amount ($37) on the voucher would not be able to be used at another time, and that the voucher can only be used in one sitting. There is absolutely no where on the voucher that explains this. The waiter then said that these conditions can be found on their website, which they are not. He then said that at the time of purchase of the voucher my parents would have been told, but they weren’t. It would be different if this was a promotional voucher, but this is a paid voucher as a gift and I am so disgusted that the remaining amount was pretty much going to be robbed from us. Not once did we get an apology. Needless to say we did not use the voucher so that we would not lose the $37. Very disappointed.

  The pizzas here are generally quite nice and it is refreshing to have a wood-fire restaurant that not only has traditional Italian toppings but also the Western-toppings such as ham and pineapple! The pastas are a generous size and tasty. It can be a bit noisy but that's what makes Italians restaurants great! Drinks are on the expensive side but overall they are fairly priced. The staff are generally friendly and attentive. They also have a good lunch special.

  Great service. Such friendly and helpful staff. For the quality of the food the price was great especially for lunch specials. Will definitely go there in future and recommend it to everyone that's wants to have a great Italian experience.
